IMPORTANT — READ CAREFULLY
This End User License Agreement (“Agreement”) is a legal agreement between you (either an individual or a single entity) and Vipex, the creator and owner of this FiveM resource (“Software”).
By purchasing, downloading, installing, or using the Software, you agree to be bound by the terms of this Agreement. If you do not agree to the terms, do not use the Software.
1. LICENSE GRANT
Subject to your compliance with this Agreement, Vipex grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable license to use the Software solely on one (1) FiveM server owned or operated by you.
2. RESTRICTIONS
You may NOT:
- Share, redistribute, distribute, sublicense, lease, or sell the Software.
- Modify, decompile, reverse engineer, or attempt to bypass license checks.
- Use the Software on more than one server without explicit permission.
- Remove, alter, or obscure any license headers, copyright notices, or license checks.
3. OWNERSHIP
The Software is licensed, not sold. All rights, title, and interest in and to the Software remain the exclusive property of Vipex.
4. LICENSE VERIFICATION
The Software may include license validation routines that communicate with external servers to verify your purchase. Tampering with or bypassing such systems is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate license termination.
5. TERMINATION
This license is effective until terminated. It will terminate automatically if you fail to comply with any term of this Agreement. Upon termination, you must cease all use of the Software and delete all copies.
6. SUPPORT & UPDATES
Support and updates may be provided at Vipex’s discretion for active license holders. This Agreement does not entitle you to future updates unless otherwise stated at the time of purchase.
7. NO WARRANTIES
The Software is provided “as is” without warranty of any kind. Vipex makes no warranties, express or implied, and disclaims all implied warranties, including but not limited to merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.
8. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
In no event shall Vipex be liable for any damages arising out of the use or inability to use the Software, including but not limited to server bans, data loss, or downtime.
9. GOVERNING LAW
This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of your local jurisdiction or that of the author, at Vipex’s discretion.
